Developed by Woollam Constructions for South Bank Corporation, the landscape irrigation and water feature construction involved working with closely with the landscaper, water feature designer and other trades onsite.
Riverside Green, the site of the former restaurants damaged in the 2011 floods has been transformed into a beautiful public space.
With more green space and trees, a shade pavilion with BBQs, and a rainforest grotto with seating, plants and water features, the space was designed to bring to life South Bank Corporation’s vision for a vibrant and urban precinct.
Our team completed irrigation works to beautify and give longevity to the turfed areas, landscaped gardens and rainforest grotto as well as bring the water features to life. The works included: installation of irrigation to hanging planters and covered walkways; installation of a IRRInet control system; installation of in-ground water feature pipework and drainage; and installation of inground water tanks and water feature pump, filtration and control systems.
